Ujjain is one of India's oldest cities and home to the Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga — one of the twelve Jyotirlingas in the country, and the reason most guests come here. L&K Homestay sits in Sunrise City, a residential pocket a short ride from the temple, the newly built Mahakal Lok corridor, and the ghats along the Kshipra river.

All four deliver to the flats, so a late dinner or a forgotten packet of tea is never a problem. D-Mart is within walking distance for a bigger grocery run — useful when you're cooking in the flat's own kitchen.
All three work in Ujjain. Lav and Kush suggest Rapido first — handy for a short hop to Mahakal, including the pre-dawn Bhasma Aarti run. Auto and cab stands are close by too if you'd rather not use an app.
